Our infrastructure consists of a state of the art manufacturing unit which has a huge production capacity. The manufacturing unit is well equipped with the latest machinery and cutting edge technology to enable production of defect free excellent products. We are equipped with the latest injection moulding machines which are micro processor based.
Our tool room is equipped with the latest machines like CNC machines which are totally computerized We are equipped with a variety of CAD softwares that aid us in designing our products. We possess a well-developed infrastructure that stays in tune with the latest technological developments.

- Power : Connected Load is 280KVA HT LINE with Stand by Generator Leyland make 140Kva.
- Water : Borewell with Jet pump.
- Design : pro e 2001 version,wildfire ,autocad and mold flow analysis to design and study with ease.
- Tool room: change needs to requirements.
- Transport : outside agencies also.
- Raw material : The raw material required for the manufacturing process is procured only from accredited dealers appointed by the manufacturers .
- Inspection systems : We have the required instruments for Pre Delivery meticulous self Inspection answering to the parameters fixed by our principals and the ISO procedures as fixed. We have our own arrangements to calibrate the instruments at our end in the Calibration room maintained at 20degree centigrade.
